About Us

Rachel and Brian: It was 2013 when we first dipped our toes into the world of campervanning. Having been married for over 30 years the prospect of spending 10 weeks cooped up together in a space not much bigger than a dog kennel filled us with trepidation, would this work? It was better than we could ever have imagined, and so began our campervan life!

This Trip

It would have been nice to entitle our latest blog 'Turkey for Christmas' but we will be in northern England then, so start this latest trip in mid March 2018.

Last year's trip visiting Bosnia, Serbia, Hungary, Poland and (a hint of) Romania has inspired us to adventure along lesser driven roads even more, so this year's planned route will take in seven countries we have never been to before.

Our Logistics

Harry is well equipped to not require the support of a campsite, we also prefer the freedom and randomness of camping 'off piste' and only use campsites maybe one night a month. This gives us the benefit of extending our stay as long as we wish, as it makes campervanning no more expensive than living at home.
